Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

United Kingdom: Up to 15 working days from dispatch. Delivery timeframes begin once the order has been dispatched, not at the time of purchase.

International (including Europe & Rest of World): Approximately 3–5 weeks

Larger boxes or multiple-box orders may require additional preparation time due to the increased number of garments being individually curated.

Once an order has been processed for shipment, tracking information will be provided where available. If tracking displays a status such as “expecting parcel,” this indicates that the order has been prepared and is awaiting courier collection or processing. Short delays between label creation and courier scanning are normal and do not indicate non-fulfilment or loss. If your order has not arrived within the stated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate.

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, local taxes, or handling charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. EDJ VNTGE does not control or reimburse these charges.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept the stated processing and shipping timeframes and agree that dispatch within these timeframes does not on its own constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or payment dispute, except where delivery has not been made within a reasonable time.
